Smoky French Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Rachel’s Raquette Lake Elixir
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce
Smoky French Dressing
  1. In a blender, combine the Elixir with the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic and chipotle. Puree until smooth. Season the French dressing with salt.
