Crockpot Mushroom Tomato Goulash

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 bottle Rachel's Raquette Lake Elixir- Original version
Crockpot Mushroom Tomato Goulash
  1. Place all ingredients in a crockpot and stir well. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with grated parmesan cheese.
