Hamburger Pasta Soup

  • 2 lbs Raw Hamburger Meat
  • 2 liters Rachel's Raquette Lake Elixir Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1 Medium White Onion, diced
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions, diced
  • 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 cups Cooked kale
  • 5 Fresh Cherry Peppers, diced
  • 1 Bunch Curley Parsely, diced
  • 1 Box Cooked Pasta of Choice
Hamburger Pasta Soup
  1. Sauté onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil until translucent and aroma develops.
  2. Add hamburger meat, breaking up meat as it cooks. Drain oil.
  3. Add cherry peppers, Elixir, parsley, green onions and kale and simmer until heated through.
  4. In a soup bowl, add 1/2 cup of cooked pasta. Ladle in 1 cup of soup. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
