Elixir Power Greens

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 8 oz. chopped kale
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 oz. Genoa salami
  • 1 cup Rachel's Raquette Lake Elixir
  • provolone cheese
  • panko bread crumbs
Elixir Power Greens
Directions:
  1. Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic and stir until aroma develops. Add chopped kale, salt and pepper. Add Elixir and salami until heated. Pour into oil coated pan. Cover with sliced provolone cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F covered. Remove lid and top with panko bread crumbs and bake until golden, about 8 minutes.
